Global Vox Populi

Global market research & data intelligence.

Five disciplines, one question: what do people actually think? We scope every engagement around the decision first, then assemble the instruments that answer it most honestly — across 40+ markets and 60+ languages.

What we do

Turning insight into action, globally.

Most decisions need more than one instrument — a qualitative phase to frame the right questions, a quantitative wave to size the answer, and a behavioural read to check what people do against what they say. The mix is part of the design, never a default.

01 — Quantitative

Quantitative research

Statistically robust, weighted, projectable samples. Trackers, sizing, segmentation, pricing and conjoint — clean bases and transparent margins you can put in front of a board without a caveat.

02 — Qualitative

Qualitative research

Depth interviews, focus groups, ethnography and online communities. The "why" underneath the "what", moderated by people trained to wait out a silence until the real answer arrives.

03 — Behaviour

Consumer insights & behaviour

What people say versus what they do — measured separately, then reconciled. Path-to-purchase, implicit testing, shopper and UX, choice modelling and journey mapping.

04 — B2B

B2B research

Hard-to-reach decision-makers, actually reached. Procurement, IT and the C-suite — win/loss, account-based research, pricing and value, market sizing and competitive intelligence.

05 — Healthcare

Healthcare & pharmaceutical

Patients, physicians, payers and KOLs under full pharmacovigilance discipline. Adverse-event capture built into the instrument, ethics-board-ready protocols, and reporting your medical-legal-regulatory teams can sign off.

+ — Mixed method

Designed around the decision

We frequently run qual to frame, quant to size, then qual again to explain the surprises. The sequence is written into the proposal, not improvised.

How an engagement runs

From brief to decision.

01

Brief & scope

We start from the decision, not a method, and propose what to field and why.

02

Design

Sampling frame, questionnaire or guide, quotas and the analysis plan — agreed up front.

03

Field

Data collected across markets with live quality monitoring and back-checks.

04

Analyse

Weighting, significance testing and synthesis — separating signal from noise.

05

Deliver

Clear answers, a methods appendix, and a working session to turn findings into decisions.

Standards

Every study ships with a methods appendix: how respondents were sourced, quotas and weighting, response and incidence rates, significance testing and margins of error. If a finding is directional rather than significant, we say so. We work to ESOMAR principles and are ISO 20252-aligned and GDPR / DPDP-aligned.
